With more than 10 years experience doing and teaching Reformer Pilates, Bec has seen firsthand the benefits Pilates can offer.
With a background in health care, Bec has experience working with people from a wide range of ages and backgrounds to achieve their health goals.
She loves the endless possibilities Reformer Pilates offers for a challenging but fun workout. She is a firm believer in correct technique and will push you to find new levels of strength and form.

Tahlia is a long time local and has lived in the Bacchus Marsh community for the last 25 years.

Rhiannon
After 17 years living and exploring Tasmania, Rhiannon has recently returned to the mainland to be closer to family. As a Pilates & Yoga teacher, she knows what to give her clients on any given day; a listening ear, an challenging workout, a gentle class focusing on mobilisation and core work, and everything in between. Rhiannon teaches joyful practices that help students discover (and re-discover) the organic movements within their own bodies.
With formal qualifications spanning her Diploma in Pilates Teaching as well as Yoga Teacher Training in Yin, Restorative and Vinyasa Yoga. Rhiannon centres her classes on the belief that movement is for people of all ages and abilities, shapes, and sizes. She is passionate about helping people move their bodies in a safe, consistent method.
